Supervised by John Ambrose Fleming, the inspiration for Wood Tailors’ Fleming wall lamp, Harold Everard Monteagle Barlow was an electrical engineer best known for his career as a teacher. At the University College London, Barlow provided a remarkable teaching method that got the students’ attention from all over the world.
